Reunion and Buffalo Run are newer homes with straightforward access. Along the corridor it is warehouse and light industrial work, which we usually run overnight so the business trades normally the next morning.
Moving inside Commerce City costs exactly what it costs anywhere else we work: $149 an hour for 2 movers + truck, a 3 hours minimum, travel time already inside the rate. No Commerce City zone fee, no mileage line on the invoice.
On the call we ask three things — how many rooms, how many flights of stairs, how close the truck can park. Those decide the hours, and the hours decide the price. Blankets, shrink wrap, floor runners, dollies and straps come with every crew.
