Complexes where the loading window matters more than the distance.
Aurora runs on apartment complexes, and most have a shared loading area rather than a dedicated dock. That means the truck gets a time window, not a space. We book it with the leasing office and plan the load order around it so the crew is never idling.
Moving within Aurora costs the same as anywhere else we work: $149 an hour for two movers and a truck, 3 hours minimum, travel time already inside the rate. There is no Aurora zone fee.
What changes the number is access, not the postcode. Which floor, whether there is a lift, how close the truck parks. We ask those three on the call and the estimate follows from the answers.
Blankets, shrink wrap and floor protection come with every crew. Furniture is taken apart and rebuilt, and boxes land in the room written on the label.
“They called my leasing office about the elevator before I even thought to ask.”
“Packing crew did the entire kitchen in an afternoon. Worth every dollar.”
“Two-day move with the truck sealed overnight. Solved our closing gap completely.”
“Junk removal on the same visit. Charity took the sofa, they sent me the receipt.”
